What exactly is polygel?
As mentioned earlier, polygel combines the positive properties of acrylic and UV gel. Therefore, it is also referred to as hybrid gel or polyacrylic gel. Chemically speaking, the product is more closely related to UV gels. However, its application is similar to the acrylic system. Using polygel makes it easy to fulfill almost any customer request. Furthermore, it is suitable for all nail types. Polyacrylic gel has a creamy consistency. This unique texture is what makes it so desirable. When using acrylic or UV gels, which are more liquid, it can easily happen that the gel runs during application. Using polyacrylic gel saves you a lot of time. You can calmly attend to every part of the natural nail and perfectly shape it according to the customer's wishes. This eliminates the time-consuming final filing. Polyacrylic gel is also economical to use. Generally, one application of the gel to the nail is sufficient. Even intricate designs and French manicures are easier to achieve this way. Polyacrylic gel also performs well as a repair tool. If a client breaks a piece of their nail, this is no problem at all. With polygel, you can fix the mishap in no time.

What are the advantages of polygel?
Below, we would like to discuss the advantages of polyacrylic gel in more detail. Using polyacrylic gel in your nail salon can be financially worthwhile. Its straightforward application allows you to work as quickly as usual while delighting your clients with beautifully shaped and strong nails. If you have previously only offered UV or acrylic gel, you can now reach a previously excluded customer base. Polyacrylic gel is suitable for all nail types and lengths. Because the product doesn't harden prematurely and allows for perfect nail shaping, you can expect fewer complaints. Even in summer temperatures, you don't need to worry about premature hardening, as this can only occur under a UV/LED lamp. Since polygel often only requires one layer, you won't need to reorder as frequently. You can therefore satisfy many clients with a small amount of gel, saving you money. Customers often complain about the rather strong smell of acrylic liquid. This problem is eliminated when using polyacrylic gel. Refilling polyacrylic nails is straightforward. The nails are prepared with a file or drill. Provided there is no lifting, approximately 50-60% of the old material can remain on the nail. A manicure is then performed before the new gel is applied.
