Payment Methods

We offer the following payment methods. Simply choose the one that suits you best.

All prices are indicative and are subject to change based on market conditions. They are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT, ex-works, unpackaged. Orders must be paid by invoice, PayPal, credit card (Visa or Mastercard), TWINT, or prepayment.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the chosen payment method. Only in the case of cross-border deliveries may you be required to pay additional taxes and/or duties (e.g., customs duties), but these are not payable to the seller, but to the relevant customs or tax authorities in your country. The applicable delivery and shipping costs are not included in the purchase price; they can be viewed on the "Shipping Costs" page, are displayed separately during the order process, and are payable by you in addition to the purchase price.

  • MasterCard: Pay easily with your MasterCard credit card via the Postfinance Gateway.
  • VisaCard: Pay easily with your MasterCard credit card via the Postfinance Gateway.

TWINT

With the TWINT app from your bank, you can make payments in the claire beauty online shop quickly, securely, and without any fees. The total amount of your purchase will then be debited directly from the account or credit card linked to your TWINT account.Paying with TWINT is this easy:
  • Are you finished shopping? Then select the TWINT payment option at checkout, whereupon a QR code will be displayed.
  • Now start the TWINT app, select the icon with the QR code and scan the QR code displayed in the claire beauty online shop with the app.*
  • Authorize the payment if necessary, and that's it, you're done!

* If you are shopping via smartphone in the Nails Factory online shop, tap the QR code icon in the TWINT app and then tap the “Code” tab. Then you simply need to enter the number code displayed in the online shop and that's it.

PayPal

Security is PayPal's top priority. That's why your data is encrypted and your account information remains private. You can easily pay for your purchases, whether at home on your computer or on the go with your smartphone.

Payment in advance

You can transfer the money to our bank account after placing your order. The goods will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment. Please note that due to additional processing times at the bank, there may be a slight delay in delivery.

invoice

Pay conveniently by invoice 14 days after purchase. We reserve the right to obtain credit information about the customer for order processing. The invoice will be sent to you in a separate email after your purchase. A fee of CHF 2.90 per order applies to the invoice payment option.
