The Dipping Powder Activator No. 3 is used to harden the Dipping Powder and the Dipping Powder Base Coat No. 2.

After applying Dipping Powder Activator No. 1 and then Dipping Powder Base Coat No. 2 along with the dipping powder, the applied material is cured with this liquid. To do this, dip your fingernails twice into the dipping powder and gently remove the excess powder with the brush. Now apply Dipping Powder Activator No. 3 to each finger. Apply enough of the liquid to ensure the material cures thoroughly. Then let it cure for about 2-3 minutes, or just a short time. After that, file your fingernails into a nice shape. If you are satisfied with the result, apply a little more Dipping Powder Activator No. 3 and let it dry again. Now your nails are ready for sealing with Dipping Powder Top Coat No. 4.
